By accessing or using the Website, you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use ("Terms"). If You do not agree, You must not use the Website.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings below, consistent with Our Platform Terms of Service:

4. Store Operations: Activities related to managing an online store on the Platform, including product listings, sales, and legal compliance, for which Store Owners are solely responsible.

3. Scope and Permitted Use

3.1. The Website provides information about the Platform and allows registered Store Owners to access it. These Terms apply to all Users, including visitors browsing the Website and Store Owners using the Platform.
3.2. You may use the Website for lawful purposes only, such as learning about Our services or, if a Store Owner, managing Your online store via the Platform.
3.3. You must not:

1. Use the Website for illegal activities (e.g., fraud, money laundering, selling prohibited goods).
2. Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Website or Platform.
3. Reproduce, distribute, or modify Website content without Our consent.
4. Use the Website to spam, harass, or infringe on others’ rights.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Website, including its design, content, software, and trademarks (e.g., "wmelons.com"), belong exclusively to Matjar Technologies LLC.
4.2. You are granted no rights to use Our Intellectual Property beyond accessing the Website as permitted herein. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

If You register as a Store Owner, You are solely responsible for Your Store Operations, including compliance with all applicable laws (e.g., UAE consumer protection, tax, anti-money laundering regulations). We act only as an e-commerce enabler and do not control or assume liability for Your store’s activities.
5.2. You must secure any account credentials and notify Us immediately of unauthorized access at [legal@wmelons.com].
5.3. You must not attempt to access the Website’s source code, circumvent security measures, or conduct penetration testing.

6. Third-Party Services

6.1. The Website may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, delivery providers). You agree to comply with their terms, and We are not liable for their performance or any related issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Website is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7.2. We are not liable for:

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1. We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Website immediately, without notice or liability, if:
You breach these Terms (e.g., engage in illegal activities).
We suspect a violation, pending investigation.
Action is required to protect the Website, other users, or comply with law.
8.2. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Website. Provisions like confidentiality and IP rights survive termination.

9. Confidential Information

9.1. You agree to keep Our Confidential Information (e.g., Website operations, Platform details) strictly confidential and use it only for purposes related to the Website.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC), with:
Number of Arbitrators: One (1).
Seat and Place: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Language: English.
Governing Law: Laws of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and the federal laws of the UAE.
11.2. You waive challenges to arbitral awards and agree to submit to courts for enforcement.
11.3. This does not prevent Us from seeking urgent legal action (e.g., injunctions) to protect Our rights.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1. We may update these Terms at Our discretion with immediate notice to comply with law, or otherwise as posted on the Website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
